IMM5406 Additional Family Information

Hi guys! Im confused with one thing in IMM5406. Im a sponsored person and my spouse is my sponsor. We are doing inland sponsorship application. So, in section A they ask me about my spouse or common-law partner. I dont have any ex-spouses or former common-law partners...only present now who is my sponsor also. Do I write name of my spouse in that section or not??? ?And do I need to sign below section A to confirm that I dont have any spouse or c-l partners-in present or past???? Please help!!!!

Same application type as you - I entered my sponsor's details under "spouse" and did NOT sign to declare that I don't have a spouse.

Didn't send the package yet - so there is still time for others to contradict me.
