This form is giving me hard time can somebody please answer my question,
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) has to be completed by the primary applicant and every member of the family who is over 18 years of age, whether or not they are accompanying the primary applicant to Canada. Till here its clear,
Now when my father is filling out this form section A he is the applicant(primary ) and my mom is the spouse this if fine , now the question is when my mom is filling out the form Section A is she the applicant or the spouse. ?
IS my mom the applicant or spouse when she is filling out the section A OF imm 5406 ?
She would be the applicant on form IMM5406. Your father would be the spouse. She would also fill in information for her mother, father, siblings and children.
I also put my wife (Fathers daughter) who is the sponsor on this form also.
We listed all the information that was applicable to her.
Then her sister did the same thing.
We also listed any deceased relatives. Brothers, sisters, step brothers, step sisters.
All on individual forms.
In the address column we just put "Deceased".
I have a feeling that with todays world concerns with having someone who is really bad in your family tree. (IE: terrorist)
Then CIC wants to know.???
Anybody remember this guy.
His wife was living in Toronto being supported by the Canadian Gov and on welfare.
She sought asylum and was granted it by the Canadian gov.
Mean while back in Somali his troops were killing U.S Soldiers. (Blackhawk down)
And she even went on trips with him through Africa doing fund raising for his movement.
