Did you and your sponsor go on any outing and/or trips together?

Describe the types of outing/trips on a separate sheet of paper and attach photos if any.

For this question do you just describe the first couple of trips/outing you went on or should you describe all the outings/trips since you have been together.

I would definitely describe any trips, with photos and other proof. Outings, such as for a day, I would describe a few. You are unlikely to remember every time you went out for the day. If you do have photos, and other proof, then I would mention them. If you don't have much other evidence, then this is important and you should list as much as you can. If you do have a lot of other evidence, I would list all trips, and a few outings.
