hi
As iranian citizen and as we do not have any cvac in iran , i have this problem with question 9 ( where you applying from)
I want to do the biometrics in germany in about a month from now how ever I live in iran but i would be in germany for a short visit next month.
So should I answer yes to this question it is the same country as my resident country or no and mention germany?
If you live in Iran, your resident country is Iran.
You should fill it correctly, biometrics can be done anywhere.

You can only consider Germany as your country of residence if you lived there for more than 6 months and you have the proper Resident Permit to prove it.
You can do Biometrics in the nearest CVAC near you.
