imm5257 Schedule 1, country input problem.

Hi everyone,
While applying visitor visa for our parents, we can't enter any data into 'Country / Territory' field in imm5257 Schedule 1 form.
I tried on 3 different pc ( 2 windows, 1 Mac) and no luck.
Any idea??
Everything else is ready, we'll upload this document and the application will be done.

I downloaded the form from the official website and encounter the same issue:
IMM Form from canada.ca >> IMM5257b_1

Can someone else also try and give us feedback please?

I am considering adding this document to the 'Client Information' section and writing a letter of explanation about it.
If they fix the PDF and provide a new fixed version, I will be happy to send it back with the validated form.
Otherwise, there is no solution that I have been able to find for the last few days.

We can't validate it right now and I don't wanna loose time.
That's the only option for now I can think of.

I don't understand, how come only 3 people has experienced this issue in the canadavisa form?
There should be hundreds of applicants try to fill that imm5257 schedule 1 form,.
I searched the internet and also there is nothing about it. so weird.

Report this technical issue, too! I did that.
Regarding what you just said: I don’t believe you’ll be able to submit the form without its proper validation. The portal wouldn’t accept it.

you are right, the portal doesn't accept not validated or different form.
but I am thinking to add this form under the letter of explanation section.

I found this in the thread:


"Download that fox file thing (https://www.foxit.com/pt-br/downloads/#Foxit-Reader/) . Then don’t fill out in there - save it so it keeps verification. Open in adobe - just click through all the error messages - bang keeps verification

But if you need to add more than 5 lines it won’t work."
