Im applying for temporary work visa and visit visa for my wife, and infant, and study visa for elder son. Do we need to fill IMM5257 form for minor and infant as well?. Application form shows it required. Please let me know your experience and thoughts?

How you can apply visit visa for your wife? You should apply open work permit for her.
