Hi,

Can anyone please help me to answer:

Scenario: My application before (7 years ago) under my father's family sponsorship (category: dependent child) was removed because I was not able to meet a requirement such as to demonstrate continuous education.

Now, I am applying TRV (Visitor / Tourist Visa)
How can I answer the letter b and c?

b)
Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory? NO or YES
*****I don't even know if I am technically been refused a visa or denied under my father's petition.
*****Should I say YES?

c) Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? NO or YES
*****Is family petition under my father's reflected that "I" applied it personally or does my father applied it not me?
*****Should I say YES?
