Im applying for temporary work visa and visit visa for my wife, and infant, and study visa for elder son. Do we need to fill IMM5257 form for minor and infant as well?. Application form shows it required. Please let me know your experience and thoughts?

Ideally your wife should be on a spouse open work permit & not a visitor visa.

if the checklist shows it as mandatory, then I would not skip it.
