I am in the process of filling out the paperwork for sponsoring my wife. I am a Canadian Citizen. I am confused with part B "Co-Signer" The guide reads as below.
Your spouse or common-law partner should complete this section only if he or she is co-signing the application. If you are sponsoring your spouse or common-law or conjugal partner, you cannot have a co-signer; write “Not Applicable” in this section. You do not need a co-signer if you are sponsoring a dependent child who has no children.
Does this mean I need to fill out her details both in the Co-Signer section as well as the Person Being Sponsored sections? I guess I'm confused about her being a co-signer while not being a citizen, but the guide reads if you are sponsoring a spouse it cannot be left as not applicable.

There is a semi colon between the two parts of the sentence. It means 1. you cannot have a co-signer, and 2. so, write "Not Applicable" in this section.
