IMM1344 - CO-Signer for Child sponsorship

Hello All,
We are in the process to submitting Child sponsorship application - and the details are,
1. My wife was married and got divorce in the past and has a child.
2. She recently got PR (I sponsored her) and she is presently in Canada with a child in TRV.
2. My wife is sponsoring her child who is a minor.
My question is, since it has been only 3 months since she moved to Canada, Do I have to cosign IMM1344 or shall we go ahead with only her as Sponsor? please let me know. thanks
