Hello,

I finished Electrical Engineering in Europe and I got accepted in architecture college degree, in Quebec, so I got my CAQ.
My study permit was refused, stating that I do not have clear purpose of visit, not convincing.
My question is, could I reapply with another university acceptance, masters degree? does the refused application affect the new one, please?
