Hi there !
I managed to download the IMM008 SCH5 from the website application (since the web browser does not let me fill it).
So I fill it on my adobe reader desktop (latest version) but when I save the form (nor at the beginning) there are no 2D barcodes generated.
Instructions say that a barcode needs to be generated.

Does any have a clue how to generate this 2D barcode ?
