Dear all,
Regarding "IMM0008", I have an inquiry about Q3."How many family members, including you, are in this application".
* Applicant: I am the only applicant, and there is no one from my family will accompany me to Canada.
* Marital status: single

shall I include all my family member in my answer, or just put "1" member ?
Additionally, shall I add my mother, father, brother ...etc as dependent in my application ?

For CIC your dependents are only spouse and kids...you are single so you do not have any dependents. so just 1 in total
