imm0008 Gen

Hi guys, I have a question while filling the imm0008 gen form.
In the section of dependents, it's asking me to add my common law partner. I have a common law partner and she has her study permit, so I added her in this section. Then for question 11, it asks me if she's accompanying me to Canada. Should I say yes or no. If I say yes, for the dependent type, what type should I put in there?
I'm applying for both of us if possible.

May I ask you if I only have my parents so which type of dependant shall I select?
I’m confused. Or I don’t have to fill my parents’s details in this form (imm 0008).

They are not accompanied with me to Canada.

Parents aren't dependents.
