Hi,
Im co-signng to sponsor my mother-in-law in 2015. We met the gross income requirement for 2012 and 2013 but not 2011. We are very very confident about our 2014 income. Should we still proceed and send our application and send the 2014 NOA later as in to follow? Should I include a letter to explain my situation? Thank you so much!!!
