Does the sponsor needs to fill out IMM 5669E also?
Because on the document checklist, it's seems only the sponsored person needs to fill it,
but on the form itself it's says: the principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner..

can you be more specific what form you are talking about? I am not familiar with the numbers, i am more familiar with the name of the document. Basic rule of thumb is that refers to spouses that are also being sponsored. So that means if the TWO of you were being sponsored by someone, both of you need to fill out separate forms. The only forms required for sponsors are the ones on the checklist. I did put my husband's name on the Additional family information form because he is my spouse. Since he is my sponsor, i did not supply an addition document with his family information.

No, the sponsor does NOT complete and submit an IMM5669E. In some circumstances both a husband AND wife are being sponsored, in the case of parental sponsorship for example. Only applicants are required to complete and submit.
