HI EVERYONE ESPECIALLY SENIORS,
I AM ABOUT TO APPLY FAMILY CLASS VISA FOR CANADA . I HAVE AN ISSUE IN COMPLTING THE FOR IMM 5669 . I USED TO LIVE IN UK ON STUDY VISA . MY UK COLLEGE WAS REVOKED . IMMIGRATION ENCOUNTERED ME AS I WAS WORKING ON THE BUSINESS . THEY CANEL MY VISA AND DETAINED ME AND REMOVAL ORDER SET . MY QUESTION IS THAT WHAT TO WRITE IN BELOW
IN IMM 5669 Q#4
D) BEEN REFUSED REFUGEE STATUS,VISITOR VISA OR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE VISA ( YES /NA)
E) BEEN REFUSED ADMISSION TO,OR ORDERDED TO LEAVE CANADA OR ANY COUNTRY(YES/NO)
J) BEEN DETAINED, INACRACERATED OR PUT IN JAIL (YES/NO)
PLZ IF ANYONE HAVE DONE PLZ GUIDE ME THANKS A LOT ​

If your unsure I would put yes. In the space provided, explain what happened. They will decide if it's actually yes or no. But if you say no, the may feel you misrepresented yourself in the application, and nobody wants that! Good luck

IMM 5669 is Schedule A Background Declaration form which will be used to conduct BGC on you as part of Canadian PR application.

As both Canada and UK are part of Five Eyes intelligence alliance, they both share extensive information. Not mentioning your refusal may result in Misrepresentation and ultimately refusal.

Rest assure that being refused from other countries on immigration basis and truthfully declaring it in IMM 5669 will NOT have any negative impact or influence on your Canadian spousal sponsorship application as you are being sponsored by Canadian resident already. You just have to be truthful, so that everything corroborates with information you have provided to IRCC with their database.
