In personal history IMM 5669


For my current situation I've been traveling since meeting my wife going back and forth to see her
In Canada

What should I put in this for right now

I'm in England right now and due back in Canada in a few weeks


Should I put traveling and country Canada or as I'm in England still put England as country?

Form IMM 5669, Question # 8, it asks for your personal history. If you are travelling, then you should write traveling and Country England IF that is when the Application is sent. If the Application is mailed when you are in Canada, then you would write Canada and fill out previous activity accordingly.

Remember, the whole package (sponsor forms and sponsored person's forms) are mailed together.

I am staying in the same address since Jan 2013 till date.
I have filled From Date as 2013 01 ,whats should I fill in To Date section for the recent address
I am going to submit my PR application by end of this months .
Should To Date be empty or current date

You keep it blank and after printing the Form write 'PRESENT' by hand

IF you allow to ask why by hand !!does it make different I'm also filling the IMM5669 application for PR
