Hi, I am here in Canada on Work permit and applying for study visa for my kids who are currently in my home country with their mother (my wife). Now my consultant is asking me to sign IMM 5604, while applying for their study visa. However I believe it should be my wife who should be signing it as my kids will be joining me here....she is the non-accompanying parent ( even though she plans to travel with them on tourist visa that she holds, and remain here with us till our PR application is approved). Please advise
