Hi.Should I include the form IMM 5562(Your Travels) in my application eventhough my family member and I did not travel?

Yes, check "Did not travel" where applicable and submit the form.

Chances are that your application will be returned as it is not complete.
Did you submit a explanation letter or anything? Or will it look like you missed to submit the form to
the VO?
 
First I thought I should not include it because I did not travel. But after mailing my application, I re-read the instruction guide and realize that I should have include that form. Should I call them? As per tracking post, they will receive it tomorrow (Nov 1).
