I am sponsoring my wife for the Spousal PR. I am Canadian citizen and so is our three year old daughter. We have applied for a Citizenship Certificate for our 10 month old son.

The Document Checklist (IMM 5533) specifies the following:

"Supply two (2) recent photos for each of your accompanying family members and yourself...."

Do we all need to submit pictures or just my wife (the PR applicant)?

Is your daughter eligible for citizenship? Why the difference between the children?

But basically for family sponsorship photos only needed for those being sponsored, IE wife and daughter if what you described above is accurate.

My daughter is already a Canadian citizen. She got her citizenship a few years ago. So, in which case, is it only my wife that needs the photos?

Yes, taht's right, you can't sponsor a citizen to become a PR. (Applies to both your son and daughter)

Only your wife needs photos then.

Note: do not add citizens or current PRs to the IMM0008 form (the instructions do say this, but everyone misses that). This form is only for those who are appying to become PRs.

You WILL add both children to the additional family information form.

I now realize that I did add my children who are citizens to the IMM0008 form and have sent the application. Will this delay the application approval?

You'll have to send a corrected form with explanation. If you've received aor1 easier. Anyway through webform.

I doubt it will delay things much as they will likely figure it out. Although possible they could send it back.

That's why I'd suggest correcting regardless.
