Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
My husband does not read or write English very well so I am filling out his forms for him for the IMM 5490 should I write everything as if her were writing it?

On the IMM 1344 application to sponsor and undertaking,
There is a section B for a co-signer. We will be living with my mom for the first year as we have both just moved to Canada after living in Thailand for 7 years, I have a part-time job that puts me at 22,000 annually. Could my mom co-sign? She has a very good job with great pay etc.

You don't need a co-signer for spousal sponsorship. There are no minimum income requirements in that category.
