I am applying for the study permit through the online application on the IRCC website.
There is a document checklist IMM 5483, where do I upload it in the entire application.
There is space for extra info in the application under the CLIENT INFO section, others are specific like PASSPORT, DIGITAL PHOTO, etc..
I have to combine 2 files together. The first being this IMM 5483 form and the second my own file ( old passport showing travel history, ITR, study permit questionnaire, etc ).
It isn't happening though. The form opens. I fill it. When I try to combine it doesn't show. It shows an error. "PLEASE WAIT....."
I tried online combiners, adobe but still I can't combine it.
Doubt : Do I need to submit the IMM 5483 - document checklist?
If yes, then where?
I can't seem to combine it anyway.
