IMM 5481 - Do I need to fill??

I am sponsoring my wife living in Thailand who has an 18 yr. old dependant son. The son will not be accompanying.
Do I need to fill in IMM 5481?

Yes. When you go down to question no. 5 A, you must write the number "2" which means your wife and her son. This answer should also match on her form IMM 0008 to which she should still add her son as her dependent regardless if he is not accompanying her.
