IMM 5476: Use of Representative for Citizenship

There is no mention of using IMM 5476: Use of a Representative for the Citizenship application in the checklist. Is that something people 'can' (are allowed to) do... for the 'Citizenship Application'. My thoughts say there should not be an issue using this but CIC has not mentioned it anywhere specifically for Citizenship Application.

PMM - Thanks. Question 11 does not authorizes CIC to release any information to the person who helped the applicant with his/her application. It simply indicates who helped the applicant.

yes.... looks like the bill is not making any significant movement as of now.. so better safe than sorry.
