We are applying for conjugal sponsorship. My sponsor is a PR in Canada. We are in a same sex relationship and not married because it is not allowed to get married to same sex partner here in our country.
Now my question is, In IMM5406, what should I put in my sponsor's marital status? There is neither Single nor Conjugal in the choices. There's a Common-law option but this is different from conjugal realtionship.
