imm 5406 updated june 2019 then updated to old one 09-2018

guyz you notice something on the imm 5406?
I filled up the imm 5406 june 2019, I sent it already to my husband in canada and he will submit it tomorrow already, but now as I check again the imm 5406 they changed it to the old one again imm 5406 09-2018, is it okay to use the updated one june 2019?
Because I check on the application package they put the old one again. imm 5406 09-2018

Yes it has changed to 09-2018. Its strange.

I am getting frustrated from updates that CIC does on forms!!! This is really stupid of them! If PA is from another country and already sent signed and updated forms, how can CIC even imagine that we will keep on courier back each other updated forms and never apply for the sponsorship
Earlier 5406 had no parent column, them they updated with parent column and now again removed parent column from current form!!!
