Hi,

I'm in the PR process (FSW) and I was asked to fill and uplaod the form IMM 5406 - additional information about family but I will be common-law 1 or 2 days after limit date of uploading this additional file, which I will have to mention to IRCC.

Should I add an explanation letter mentioning this with the IMM 5406, or simply put single on this file and then later resend an inquiry to change my status and add my common-law partner (he will be my accompanying comon-law partner)?
