I received my ITA under Express Entry and just before the deadline to submit all the paper, we had new born baby. We submitted all the docs and mentioned that we had new born. After a month, CIC sent a checklist and asked to fill out IMM 008 and IMM 5406. Based on what I read online it seems that 5406 is for Canadian Citizen who is sponsoring someone. I am principal applicant and not a Canadian Citizen. Not sure if I have to fill this form or this is some error?
