Hi,

I, along with my wife and three daughters (all aged below 10), would like to apply for SINP where they asked of filling IMM-5406 form and signed by all.

Definitely I will fill their information but I need to know whether all my family members have to sign over that application or I, as a principal applicant, may sign only.
