IMM 5406 Additional Family Information

Hello everyone.
I wanted to ask that in the checklist it is mentioned about the IMM 5406 form that the family members of the principal applicant have to sign this form, but in the form itself there is no place where the signatures should be done.Should they sign next to their names?

Hello,

The principal applicant, their spouse/common law partner and any dependent children over the age of 18 must complete their own IMM5406 form, e.g. for a married couple with two children over the age of 18; four (4) IMM5406 forms must be included with the application.

Only people required to complete a form are required to sign it.
