IMM 5257 Schedule 1 question

Hi, I am currently applying to extend my study permit and I am not sure if I should fill out the IMM 5257 form. I understand that I should fill it up if I answered yes to a question in the Background Information section of the IMM 5209 form, and in the 5209 form I anwered yes to question 2C, which says "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?" which I marked yes because of my prior study permit which is what I am extending. The IMM 5257 doesnt seem related at all to this so should I still complete it? Thanks

Form 5209 or 5709? 5709 is to extend your SP. 5257 is for a TRV which is a separate application.
