Hi - I entered Canada as a Student, got PGWP, and PR. I have lost my Landing Document and want to apply for a copy using IMM 5009. In the form it asks for my POE and the dates when I entered Canada. I am confused as to if these dates are suppose to be when I landed as a Student or when I did my PR landing.
Questions I am confused about are:
1. Marital Status on Landing? Is this landing as student or PR
2. Immigration Document Date of Issue and POE? Student or PR
3. Passport Number on Entry? Shall I use Passport # from when I entered as a student or as a PR since both are different
4. Did you enter Canada as Student Worker Visitor or PR?

Plus if I enter all dates from when I entered as a Student would they still be able to send me COPR from when I landed as a PR? I do not want to waste months only to know I made a mistake. Any help would be highly appreciated.
