I've been working on my wife's application and have noticed there is two IMM1344 forms... one labeled E and one AE. They are similar in content, but not identical. Which do I need?

P.S. Doing Outland in Taiwan for my Taiwanese wife.

Also, on IMM5481, questions 2. That number should be 1, because I'm sponsoring my wife... correct? and in 3B it should be 2, for our two daughters, even though they already have citizenship.
