imm 1344 sponsored signature

guys another question ,im in a dillemme right now ,for the IMM 1344 ,ive already validated and forgot to get my husband who I am sponsoring to sign the form but ive the old version with the page number signed .What you guys advise can I send the signed form without the bar on the header with my name or Do I need to send the paper to my spouse to sign it and send me back.Thanks
