My wife has received a message on her linked account via GCKEY to get her medical check done, she is currently living in the Philippines trying to get family class sponsorship to Canada. It makes reference to IMM 1017E. She has received nothing in her email or where to access this IMM1017E form.

Can someone assist me with this process and how to carry it out? Apparently it's 30 day time sensitive.
