WILL accompany principal applicant to canada?

what does it mean?
is this if I am as applicant will come with the sponsor to Canada?

what if I am already in Canada?

YES or NO as answer?

if no I have to write why not?

Read the guide. You don't have any dependents, so you shouldn't even be filling in that section.

I did read the guide!

and it says:
Dependant(s)

You, the principal applicant must answer each question on behalf of each of your dependant(s).


Note: Remember that all questions in this section are about your dependant. You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens.

Question 10a.From the list, select your dependant’s relationship to you, the principal applicant: •Adopted Child
•Child
•Common-law partner
•Grandchild
•Other
•Spouse
•Step-Child
•Step-Grandchild

b.Complete if you chose “Other”

right?
I know I don't have depentant child but they talk about Common Law!
also on the IMM 0008 form it self is written:
... You must include your spouse or common law partner, if applicable, and all of you depentdent children, who are not already residents or citizen of Canada.

do I miss something ..

maybe because he is Canadian I don't need to fill it out?

From what you posted: who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
So you do not list your sponsor.
