I am sponsoring my husband and I just want to ask something. .
What should I put from Generic Application ( Education/Occupation Details )
question #4. Intended Occupation? ( My husband is currently unemployed. Should I answer "Unknown"? Will his unemployment would cause any delays in processing his papers?

For me, I am including an offer of employment letter from a Canadian company. Details such as salary and expected starting date are outline. The president of the company has signed and stamped the letter. I have signed to indicate my acceptance of the offer.
So, what you should probably do is try and secure an employment offer. Failing that, you could begin doing a job search and provide evidence. CIC want to know that your sponsor will be employed and earning enough money to support the applicant for the first 3 years. If you cannot satisfy this requirement, it could pose problems.

My husband is looking into something either in Medical or Animal Welfare. We just put Medical in as we were told to put SOMETHING, not just unknown so they know your husband has some sort of an idea of what area he'd like to go towards

Just put his career goal. Or dream job.
Put whatever position relates to your spouse's current occupation.
