Imigrate as software develpor

Hi guys,
I have some questions about immigration to Canada as SW developer .
1. I have experience of 2+ years as software developer, if i want to work at Canada as SW developer do i need to do some english test (IELTS/TOEFL)?
2. Do i need some diploma in order to find a job? Or my experience is enough?

Bear in mind that the FSWP 2013 is almost at the end. Next year, in January, a new mechanism comes in called EOI, and it's possible that requirements may be different.
