This is what my medical doctor's website is asking for

"Please remember to bring your photo ID /Passport with you and your form with the IME or UCI number. "

On my ITA message, I dont see my IME or UCI number? Can some one guide me here?
 
Tell your clinic that you are an EE candidate and are doing upfront medical.
 
I got admission for May intake so when should i apply for visa.? Is too early visa application cause problem?
