. I've been trying to access my husband GCKey account for the pass 2 weeks now. However, we cannot get through where it shows the status of his application. Everytime we open his GCKey it always says sign out. He had his Medical (w/c he pass), submitted his additional docs (w/c they've recieved, and Biometric (which they received on June 25 the last time we check his GCKey account). However, it's been 12 weeks now and we haven't received any updates. What's weird tho, they even sent my husband an email inviting him to attend the Pre-arrival services. I don't understand. Can someone HELP ME PLEASE
