I'm on PGWP

Hello everyone,

So CIC only gave me 1yr PGWP and it will be difficult to apply under CEC because of the time constraint. My employer is willing to sponsor and help me. So if my employer applies for an LMIA, as a PGWP holder, am I allowed to have an LMIA?

Yes u can. But you still need 1 year exp to qualify under CEC or FSW stream.

I have 6yrs exp outside Canada as an admin and currently working as an admin too

I am deciding between NOC 1221 and 1241. My consultant reminded me to choose an NOC code that is not readily available for the employer to hire a citizen. She's a bit worried with 1221 and 1241 in Ontario because a lot are qualified. What are your opinions?
