Elementary/Primary = I put 6 ...in the states I was in one school from Kindergarten to 6th grade - although I don't know if that counts ??? Secondary/High School = I put 3 but I didn't finish high school....the 3 is for Junior high school which I attended and passed from grade 7-9. So I'm not sure if this goes in this category or in the Primary category :-\ I passed one semester of high school which was grade 10 (not even a full year) then dropped out.
Do I have all this right as far as which category it goes under? And do I write where I went for Junior High School or that one semester of High School?
I'm not saying this applies to you, since this is how it is in Canada. High school here starts at Grade 9, also the year that we start gaining 1 credit per subject passed in order to reach the minimum number of credits necessary to get a "High School Diploma". Now even I had Junior High School (grade 7-9), but Grade 9 is still considered high school because of the credits. Some jurisdictions in Canada don't have "Junior High School", and some/many other countries also. Sounds like your situation might be similar except that it seems you are not counting Grade 9 as 'high school'. That may be accurate in your jurisdiction, I'm just providing an example.
So, if you can determine based on my example when 'high school' started for you, then count it that way and anything BEFORE high school would be counted as Elementary/Primary. The way I read that question, you would not include "partial" years (one semester only). You must provide details in the table provided for that question anyway, so don't stress too much over it.
