IGCSE, A Level & AS Level WES ECA

Dear All,

I have a query regarding my educational credentials.

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering and during my high school education, I have completed:
- 8 O level subjects (IGCSE),
- 3 AS level subject
- 3 A level subjects.

Can I do WES ECA for my high school subjects that I took considering that I have already completed my ECA for the Bachelor's degree? Will it be considered as "Two or more credentials with one being 3+ years"? Is there a minimum grade required for the ECA?
