Suppose me and my dependents get PR visa till aug 2013 . . .
Suppose only i land alone in aug 2013 and stay there and get my PR card and then travel back to home country
The PR visa of my dependents will expire - - do i then have to re sponsor them again and pay again ?
Or can they be issued a PR visa again after expiry of first one ?
Thanks

You would need to sponsor ur dependants again, if they don't go till their PR is valid

PR visa will not be extended or renewed after its expiry which is completion of ONE year from the date of medical examination or the expiry of the passport which ever is earlier. A fresh PR application is necessary for those, whose PR visa got expired, which can be either by sponsorship or through other streams as applicable.
Well said above. Authentic info
