If listed in the country specific requirements for your country of citizenship

This is my second time applying for my husband sponsorship. Last time I applied was in 2018 and the checklist asked for family booklet. But this time, the checklist says only provide the booklet if it is listed in your country of citizenship. And my husband lives in Pakistan. So the requirements only asked for rukhsati pictures and contract of our marriage. No where I see where it is asking for family booklet. So I'm confused cause the last checklist 2 years ago did asked for it either way

You must follow the current checklist! Perhaps someone will convince you of this from Pakistan.
