I applied PR visa 6 months ago.
But I got email few days ago from CIC
"Police Certificate:
You have submitted a police certificate from Australia. Residents of Queensland must submit a Traffic Driving/History Report which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued. Please refer to the website listed below for instructions.
This must be received at this office by: xx/xx/2014"
If i don't submit "Queensland traffic history" until xx/xx/2014,
Do I immediately leave in canada? or Can I stay here until expire visa date?
So why dont u just pay now ur fines with penalty etc...and get receipt for paid fines...and then history record...with explanation.leter by u to cic that time i dont have job to pay fines so now u paid those...etc...guilty with explanation...is betrer then lieing...

I forgot it until few days ago. i leave australia 4 years ago.
But I knew this history before issued traffic history.
so I paid everything fines few days ago.
Now my licence status is OK.
Yes I am stupid.
sent already with application (Lis-8.5,reading 7.5, writing 7.5, speaking 7)

i lived in aus for 5yrs, its been 2yrs, i came to my home country and applied for canada PR, but i dont know some1 has stolen my license num, i got many fines on my name, i came to know through one of my name that you got fines from vic roads, i dont know who used it, i dont know how to complain against them, now i need to get aus pcc in the month of march, im bit scared
