I may be getting married to a guy in the US who has the H1-B visa.
If this does happen, I'll be applying for the H-4 Visa.
Also I submitted my Canada PR application in December 2019 - estimated time of results is Jun of this year
My questions are: If my H-4 visa to the USA gets rejected before my Canadian PR results:
1. Do I have to update the H-4 rejection somewhere in my online Canadian Express Entry account?
2. If yes, will this affect my Canadian PR application in any way?
3. If answer to 1. is No, then will I have to update the H-4 visa rejection after my CoPR (let us assume my Canadian PR application is not rejected). ?
Take a chill pill..
Your H4 won't get rejected in the first place if you prep well and be honest in the interview.
Your Canada PR is getting processed side by side. Before your AOR you were not rejected for a H4 so you have been honest in your a Canada application.
The best solution I can suggest is.. why don't you get your COPR and then apply for your H4 for peace of mind? There might be delay for a couple of months.. rather if possible get married a couple of months later!! Simple solution
