You need to rewrite IELTS.

Your chances for FSW will be on the lower side due to your age. Calculate how many points you have under Express Entry. You want to score 480+ to have a chance of being selected. Once you calculate your points, you'll have a clearer idea of your chances.

Make sure you max out your IELTS results and achieve the highest score possible.

If you are 48, not sure if you are eligible for Express Entry as you would get not points for age.

Low since most are through Express Entry or require a job offer. Look at SINP & see if your NOC is drawn & your SINP score is high enough. What is your NOC? For SINP, your education must match your NOC.
