What do you want to apply for? various visas have different various requirements

For PR - (FSW/CEC) 6 is a must, (FST/PNP) - you should research about its requirements, some need a 6 or above, some don't.

I have scored about 5.5 in R&L && 6.0 in Sp&Wr.

is that score is qualified me to apply to any province..?
